1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between j7jj ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the j7jj website located at https://j7jj.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services. These Terms apply to all activities on the platform, including but not limited to account registration, casino gameplay, sports betting, bonus participation, payment processing, and customer support interactions.

By accessing the j7jj platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on the j7jj platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where j7jj identifies multiple accounts associated with a single individual, j7jj reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated wagers and bonus balances, and retain any withdrawable balance pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.3 Welcome Offers

Welcome offers are available to new j7jj players on their first qualifying deposit only. A player is considered new for the purposes of a welcome offer only once. Welcome offers cannot be combined with other concurrent promotions unless explicitly stated. Players who have previously held a j7jj account under any name, device, or payment method are not eligible for welcome offers.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Betting Rules

Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00, meaning the staked amount is returned to the player's account.

7.3 Palpable Errors

j7jj reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (a "palpable error" or "palp"). A palpable error is defined as odds that are significantly and demonstrably inconsistent with prevailing market prices at the time of offer. j7jj will investigate all palpable error claims and communicate outcomes to affected players within 5 business days.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j7jj platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or providing deliberately misleading information to j7jj staff or systems.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live dealer tables or in any game format to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• The player's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the player or a verified third party acting on behalf of the player.

• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to j7jj.

Upon permanent account closure at the player's request (voluntary closure), any real-money balance remaining in the account after resolution of any pending bonuses or investigations will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal limits and KYC requirements.

10 Responsible Gaming
